Pho Meaties

This Vietnamese flavor was inspired by the ultimate noodle soup...PHO!

It's made with spices traditionally found in pho like ginger, cinnamon, star anise, and clove and we even dehydrated Thai basil and cilantro because you can't forget about that little dish of fresh herbs that comes along with every bowl of pho. We couldn't figure out how to add the bean sprouts, but we did throw in some red jalapeño chili flakes to give it a little punch like Sriracha!
